Sellwood has begun!!!

So a great turn out in class for Team Sellwood. All but two of the team members showed up on the first day of the challenge to give it a go and some of the Tuesday regulars were there for support and to get a great workout. Post your times if you have them...don't be shy. Let our BBC neighbors know how we are starting off and what some of our goals are. My turn comes on Saturday and I test with Erika and we round off the Team Sellwood Week One. Bring it On!!!!
